Treasurer and Minute Secretary

Our current treasurer and minute secretary have decided to step down from their roles after many years. Thanks for all their hard work and continued support over the years.

Anyone who has an interest in either roles should contact our secretary or chairman.

Out of the Blue

Former CAOS member Scott Riseborough is starring in 'Out of the Blue' @ the 'NEW THEATRE OXFORD' on 12th June 2008, 19:30. Tickets can be purchased by clicking HERE.

being named Europe's best collegiate acapella group, all-male vocal sensation Out of the Blue is once again dominating the New theatre stage! Fusing dazzling vocals and stunning arrangements with their explosive energy and signature humour, this is
a show not to be missed.

We have performed in front of the likes of: Bill Clinton, Derren Brown
and Jeremy Clarkson and shared a stage this year with Rowan Atkinson, Bill Bailey and Jimmy Carr at the charity event "childish things" to raise money for Helen and Douglas House, a hosptial for terminally ill children.

We have had some wonderful reviews of the show from the local papers and is a night remembered by everyone that shows, hope to see some of you guys there!"

AGM & Rehearsals

The CAOS full Annual General Meeting (AGM) will held on Thursday 4th of September 2008 (Time: TBC) @ St I'lltyd's, Fforestfach. All members welcome.

Advance notice that the first full rehearsal for 'My Fair Lady' will take place on Thursday 11th of September 2008 @ 19:30.

Advertising and Sponsorship for 2009

If you know of anyone that would like to place an advert in the 2009 programme (1/4 page (£20)*, 1/2 page (£30)* or full page (£50)*) then please contact Gareth Huxtable via e-mail or on 01792 771534. All adverts must be in by Saturday 31st January 2009.

Social Committee

This year prices are 50p for tea/coffee and 20p for squash. The social committee want to remind everyone to pay for their refreshments. The social committee fund is so low this year, that it will be very unlikely that they will be able to pay for chips during the week of the show.

It has been requested by the social committee to remind everyone to purchase raffle tickets during rehearsals. This has also hit the social committee fund hard.

Any donations towards raffle ticket prizes would also be greatly received.
